At the end of this month, March 2009, we shall be losing our sitting space at St. Joseph's Health Centre due to the closing of the MBSR Clinic within which we have found a home these past seven years. As a result, Beverly and Jim, the teachers of Northwoods Mindfulness Community will be taking a sabbatical for the next few months. A number of people from the NMC have formed a group called Friends of Northwoods. They are planning to keep meeting on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM at Emmanuel Howard Park United Church at 240 Roncesvalles Ave. - 5 blocks from our present home at St. Joseph's Health Centre.
